At our dental office, we believe your overall oral health care is an invaluable investment that lasts a lifetime. You shouldn't have to weigh insurance coverage or climb financial obstacles in order to obtain premium dental health care. It is to your advantage that you are able to reserve an appointment for service right away. With all that said, below is a list of insurances that we accept, as well as the many types of payment options we offer to our patients.
Dental Insurance Information
Dr. Anderson is a preferred provider on most dental insurances. As a professional courtesy to you, we will submit claims for treatment to your insurance for reimbursement. Our staff will ESTIMATE your insurance coverage at each visit and ask you to pay the difference each time. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE ONLY> If there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid, we will balance bill you. This amount is due upon receipt.
Our office currently accepts the following types of payments: Cash, Personal Checks, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
CareCredit is an affordable payment plan option allowing monthly payments with no interest from 6 months to a year. Click here to learn more or apply!
No insurance? No problem! Contact us to learn about our new In House Discount Program.
Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding dental insurance, payments or financial options that are currently available. We look forward to serving you!
We require 34-48 hours' notice for all cancelled or changed appointments to avoid lost time fees. On time alone scheduled appointments, these fees in some cases may be required to hold your future appointments.
Example: If you are scheduled on a Tuesday appointment, PLEASE notify our office by Thursday; not Friday.
When you are in the office for routine hygiene care, we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit. This is especially important if you want a "highly desirable" early or late time slot.
